- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

So if this claim is fake, there would be zero evidence whatsoever to back it up, meaning they'd have fired you solely on this girl's "false" claim.

The reality is that no company is going to fire someone based solely off another employee's word, especially in a supervisor vs. underling situation. That would open them up to false termination suits. So what actually happened is there was far more than just one "false" report made against you or there was evidence to substantiate the report she made.
It's starting to make sense why Lazlow bailed on you during your meetings with HR.

They didn't risk a fucking thing, I had to sign everything away in order to get my severance package. I don't think you understand how fast this happened. It went from a normal day to being escorted out in a matter of minutes. You aren't thinking about wrongful termination lawsuits, and back then I didn't know the reason. I had to find out years later. How fast was it? I don't post here often but I lurk a lot. I've seen you talk about this, you've mentioned meetings with HR. Meetings that, according to you, Lazlow sat in on and eventually bailed out of. This happened in a single day? You're saying you got told in one meeting that one of your subordinates made a sexual harassment allegation against you and you were immediately fired?

I was not told of the harassment claim until years later from Lazlow. I was never given a reason at the time, but considering people who are probably using this board decided to send emails to a bunch of higher ups at Take 2 and Rockstar I had simply assumed they didn't want to touch this and cut their losses. When you're being let go, and you're being offered 3 months on the house you just sign the papers. You're in shock. I was, anyway. There was absolutely zero indication when I woke up that I'd be let go that day.
When I was promoted, I asked Lazlow "Are you sure I'm the guy for this?" He answered "It's too late the paperwork is in." So I'd constantly check in with in and I'd be fed the same line over and over. "You'd know if you were fucking up." So it went from "You'd know if you were fucking up." to "Hey, got a minute for a quick HR meeting?"
You never spoke to HR. Never hired lawyers. Never even spoke to Lazlow until months later. Never fought being fired. It was all some grand conspiracy by everyone against you. Not your fault. Everyone else was at fault. You get fired you just "sign the papers" and leave. Nothing suspicious there at all. Not like someone fleeing a sexual harassment allegation or anything. After he was fired from his previous Sirius-XM job over sexual degeneracy as well.
