There was a Pittsburgh show (the Morning Freak Show) that got Jocktobered and it turned out the DJs were huge OnA fans and even submitted jingles for a contest. They ended up calling into the show.

Those guys are still on the same station I believe. Right up there with the Jim Chandler as really good Jocktobers.

Mancow got shit canned for the last time in 2020 from WLS AM in Chicago. He helped kill WLUP before that and he'd been fired from WLS the first time before that. He does a really unpopular podcast once a week now.

I'm part way through re-listening to jocktober and I made a list.

10/01/08 Frankie and Danger Boy - Apparently Danger Boy had a break down on air where he cried in the bathroom. Eventually he was fired/quit and went to another morning show in the same city.

10/09/08 Wilde and Fee - There are no google results for them after April 2009, so I assume they were fired.

10/27/08 Lander In The Morn - Was fired in Dec 2008 and never worked again

10/28/08 The Nancy and Chris Show - Jocktober videos are the only google results for this show

Connie & Fish (10/07/09) - Connie died of liver cancer in 2021. Fish continues in radio.

Lee & Alana (10/08/09) - Lee died of a stroke in 2014. Alana is a music director at a country station.

Bill & Marla (10/20/09) - Bill died of cancer in 2013. Marla continues in radio.

Murphy in the Morning (10/21/09) - Huh, Murphy literally announced his retirement yesterday

10/04/10 Blaine & Allyson - They were partners for 20 years before Allyson got fired in 2014, and Blaine has never spoken to her since.

Haven't gotten to the rest yet, but it's all pretty boring. Pretty much everyone else was still doing radio, maybe moved stations occasionally. None of the husband and wife duos are divorced as far as I can tell.

As some of you may know, I have been the victim of an extremely aggressive harassment/stalking campaign beginning around October of 2014.

I've gotten death threats, threats against my family, girlfriends, even strangers that this person thinks I am close to. This person even contacted bosses at my former company in an attempt to have me fired. Friends, co-workers and relatives have been threatened with rape, murder and other acts of violence.

They think this is fun.

I've easily recieved over 350+ emails, direct messages, texts and phone calls from this person or persons. They actively search me out across all means of social media including Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram just to name a few.

This is only the last 30 days of messages I've recieved via Reddit.

They sent dead mice to a girl's place of employment.

They sent a dead rat to her mother.

I could go on and on but, I'll try to keep this brief.

I've filed multiple police reports however police just aren't interested in this. My detective closed my case without notifiying me and even refused to come downstairs when I visited the precinct to speak with him directly.

I am seeking funding to hire a Cyber Crimes Specialist to end this once and for all. Money raised will cover my retainer and hopefully enough work-hours to finish the job.

Whoever is behind this has dedicated the last 15 months of their life trying to destroy all of my relationships and get me removed from my places of employment.

This person needs to be found, as they clearly need some real help.

In October 2014, I figured this person would have their fun and get bored. Here we are in 2016 and I've recieved over 20 hate filled, threatening messages just today alone. (1/7/2016).

I used to listen to John & Jeff in the early 2000's before O&A attacked them, mostly because they were so odd and it was live late at night. You could hear their desperation to fill air time. About a year ago, I popped up a totally random John & Jeff episode. I shit you not, this faggot repeated himself easily 10 times in the span of 2 minutes.

It was like a Braunheiser/Terry Clifford reveal moment for me when O&A discovered John & Jeff in 2007. They nailed the whole reason I kept listening to John & Jeff... They sounded like two creeps who fancied themselves men about town. But were scared of their wives. However the guy who went to Thailand and talks in the stark lispy voice made it a point that he was NOT married, yet always had all the answers.

One time they did a few hours on being called racist and making a list of all their black friends to prove they're not. The guy who went to Thailand and talks in the stark lispy voice was adamant that he was personal friends with the black guy who did voice-overs for the WWF. "I've been to his home for dinner." Have you stupid?

My opinion... The guy who DIDN'T go to Thailand (Jeff) with the soul patch and the leather jacket and frosted tips, was actually a serviceable good-natured type host who likely was much better when he had a topic to work with like Finance, which he did his own show on the side.

The back story on John and Jeff is that they just sat in their kitchen with a tape recorder and they talked... That was their demo tape.... It was AIMLESS who gives an utter fuck, Who would EVER listen to this blase shit Type Radio. Some asshole funded it because it was boring who gives a shit filler they could put on at 2 AM just to allow stations that picked it up to say they were a Live 24/7 network. John & Jeff were literally filler. They continue to "fill in" for shows that go on vacation but they don't use their John & Jeff brand anymore. They are literally nameless hosts in hiding because of O&A.

Most Jocktobers were literally Sam taking what the listeners had sent in or just a random day of audio cut into tracks. You have to remember that most shows that were Jocktobered would speak like three minutes at most in one hour so you barely had anything to pull from a full show. Like when they ripped on Woody and Jim those guys would speak twice an hour.....and it was the same conversation done twice with the stupid "Microsoft Vista" joke at the end. You needed to dig through hours of them playing songs and commercials to get the one or two minutes of speaking sometimes.

The only times that they ever 'produced' Jocktobers was when they found some fun pattern to goof on like the Fugitive bit. Or if they did Scott and Todd they would make sure to grab phone scams and song parodies. For any show with a 'hole' they would find clips of her bombing or being awkward. Or if anyone was a 'Fez' they would pull audio of the guy acting like a fag for 'Fezzes around the world'. But even then the Pests would often be the ones pulling the clips. It was the Pests that noticed the Fugitive game and started sending those in to the show.

With John and Jeff the last time they did them for Jocktober, Sam tried to use old audio of them doing the "We're two guys!" bit. But Opie noticed it was audio from last year and called Sam out. And Sam revealed that John and Jeff stopped using those promos (most likely because of O&A and Jocktober being relentless). So a few times Sam would try doctor up the bit or whatever but the listeners or Opie would notice it.
