Oh shit, I think they're joking about the black children being held captive in Patrick's basement here.A few minutes later, Dudley walked along the back of the house and opened and looked in a cellar door, which made Hernandez laugh.

Plot twist. Dan finally got an inside joke and wrote these documents for Pat because he's been working for him the whole time.

Oh, I thought Pat’s team wrote that.View attachment 263069
I guess Milwaukee thinks someone here is swatting Pat and wants to keep the rest of the case from being seen by anyone.
Yes, these are all written by Pat or his lawyers. Not sure why it was filed as a joint motion since Tomlinson and Robinson are the only 2 plaintiffs. I would like to think since they are a married couple they would be on the same page when it comes to a lawsuit they filed together. But what do I know, IOh, I thought Pat’s team wrote that.
I'd actually recommend reading the Statement of Fact one (it's the 177 kb document that's 19 pages long). It has a few hilarious points but noting that it is a statement of the facts that both parties agreed upon, that Evans officer might actually be fucked. He was told repeatedly that the calls were likely SWATing calls but kept going after Pat. Of course, it doesn't help that Pat was extremely antagonistic the entire time, but still. Interesting reading. The rest of the officers save maybe Petersen seem like they didn't do anything wrong.I'll wait for someone else to summarize this
