I completely understand them not wanting to release shit that the actual perpetrator could gain some sick satisfaction from seeing. However, once the peep is behind bars, we deserve to see it all.
I'd actually recommend reading the Statement of Fact one (it's the 177 kb document that's 19 pages long). It has a few hilarious points but noting that it is a statement of the facts that both parties agreed upon, that Evans officer might actually be fucked. He was told repeatedly that the calls were likely SWATing calls but kept going after Pat. Of course, it doesn't help that Pat was extremely antagonistic the entire time, but still. Interesting reading. The rest of the officers save maybe Petersen seem like they didn't do anything wrong.
