It isn't officially sealed yet. The judge hasn't made an order one way or the other. It's still just stuck in that gay "only case participants can view" mode which it has been since minute 1 it was uploaded.

Hold out hope that it will become liberated after the case wraps. Maybe get Dan to file an amicus brief to this effect.
