He stinks and I don’t like him.
DMCA, complaints, and other inquiries:
Installing cameras that aren’t a joke is letting the idiots win.I think this is fake but if it’s not, it’s funny that his camera is too shitty to get license plates. You’d think he’d correct that. Could it be that it’s all fake and the cameras are there for show?
Dude it's just called fraud. Yes you can commit fraud if you want. And if you don't get caught, I hope you're sitting down. There's no consequences. So if I want to steal my neighbor’s lawn mower I can just post an ad for a free lawnmower on Craig’s list first and they can’t arrest me for possession of stolen property? Why haven’t more thieves thought of this. I’m thinking of picking up some free gold from my local pawn shop.
Seems like it’d be nearly impossible to get to the bottom of this.Dude it's just called fraud. Yes you can commit fraud if you want. And if you don't get caught, I hope you're sitting down. There's no consequences.
I mean maybe ? But why not just steal it then? At least then there's no internet trail to you you'd have to cover up woth vpns or whatever.Seems like it’d be nearly impossible to get to the bottom of this.
We both know it is a crime, my question is; if you you got caught with stolen property and showed the ad to the cops would they still press charges? If no, then you have a giant loophole.No. I don't see the giant legal loophole you're talking about. I'll try to be clearer:
I don't understand what you're trying to say here. These random people saw a Craigslist ad for free patio furniture. They responded to it (assuming it was real; not sure if they intetacted with someone pretending to be Pat or not) and took the free patio furniture. What crime have they committed?
- Placing a fake Craigslist ad to get people to take the belongings of others is a crime. You're committing fraud and conspiracy
- In your example about your neighbor's lawnmower, you are placing the ad and you are responding to the ad that you know to be fake. That's the crime. Fraud and conspiracy and theft
- Your bicycle example: "If I see a bicycle I like someone can post a Craig’s list ad and I can use that as my defense?" Who is placing the ad? You? Are you telling a friend to place it? Either way, you know the ad is fake and was placed with the intent of stealing the bike. That's a crime. Same as above
- Your rape example is ridiculous because you're committing rape. The Craigslist part is irrelevant because you're raping someone (which is a crime)
Good question!
When I think about legal loopholes, my mind also immediately turns to thought experiments on how I could commit rape and get away with it!
If you got caught. Could you show the ad to the cops to avoid getting arrested? I don’t know how they’d deal with that.I mean maybe ? But why not just steal it then? At least then there's no internet trail to you you'd have to cover up woth vpns or whatever.
just go through the scenario. I have a truck with fake license plates or covered up. I wear a face diaper mask and Hoodie I steal some shit off people's lawn. That seems pretty impossible to track too. Have you ever had shit stolen from your car or yard? When have the cops every done anything or caught the person lol.
If you're just not a retard you can do petty crimes probably for your whole life and never get caught.
I liked it more when you didn’t bother to know who anyone is or any characteristics about them. The general disdain and disrespect to not even care who you were arguing with was a PFG bit.Like I said, you are a fucking moron. Nobody takes you seriously unless you are pretending to care about jesus or some nonsense. We both know you have no education, we both know you are a midget and everyone knows you are stupid. How about you leave the legal conversation to people who might understand the law?
Or else what, Rick? What does he hope to accomplish with such threatening language?RETURN OUR PATIO FURNITURE IMMEDIATELY.
"Burden of proof" dude. You would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person who took the item being advertised knew it was a scam and intentionally took it anyway. As long as they're not breaking the law in the first place (as in your crafty rape idea) they don't need to prove their innocence.
Everyone in the thread is agreeing with me here. Even quasi came out of retirement to explain how stupid your question is. Nice education, faggot.Like I said, you are a fucking moron. Nobody takes you seriously unless you are pretending to care about jesus or some nonsense. We both know you have no education, we both know you are a midget and everyone knows you are stupid. Hard to forget when you are all so dumb.I liked it more when you didn’t bother to know who anyone is or any characteristics about them. The general disdain and disrespect to not even care who you were arguing with was a PFG bit.
I’m telling JebJoh to go back to the way he USTA be!
Once? Probably not if you just returned the shit. Maybe if they or the DA was pissed, had a political agenda during elections or something. We both know it is a crime, my question is; if you you got caught with stolen property and showed the ad to the cops would they still press charges? If no, then you have a giant loophole.
Nobody agrees with you except the stupid among us. You’re even a follower among them.Everyone in the thread is agreeing with me here. Even quasi came out of retirement to explain how stupid your question is. Nice education, faggot.
Cops hate him! Commit free crimes with ONE WEIRD TRICK!I found a legal loophole for murder, guys! Find a drifter on the highway, drive them into the woods, shoot them in the head and burn the body! You'll never be caught so it's basically free murder!
"It's only illegal if you get caught."Cops hate him! Commit free crimes with ONE WEIRD TRICK!
I like that @Prison Enjoyer ribbed this post."It's only illegal if you get caught."
