Judging by his history of taking a minor incident or an insignificant thing and fantasizing a grandiose story out of it, he likely was sitting near someone and got a whiff and was all OMG CONTACT HIGH or someone next to him passed him a puff and he took a little drag like a teenage girl, didn't feel anything because he barely got any, and is now an expert on drugs.

I think this is it. He says he was only high for 15 minutes. That makes no sense. Plus, imagine the scenario that leads to him smoking. Did someone nearby offer him a hit? He's been a malnourished retard since birth, and probably before. His mother didn't breastfeed him or give him formula claiming he was allergic to milk, but said he was fed with horse or goat milk, or some other shit infants should not be drinking instead. The truth is she probably abused alcohol, or pills, or both while she was pregnant and afterward.

This is also what I believe happened, nobody offered it to him and it was probably a group of people near him. “The music sounded better and colors were brighter” is what someone who has never done it but have heard others say it. He’s never even smoked a cigarette (remember he turned 21 back when you could smoke in bars) so if he actually took a puff and inhaled it for as long as he could he would be coughing like a motherfucker.
