He had a friendship with the Housers (NEPOTISM!!!!) and worked there for 20 years. I'd have left too. Make your money and bounce. There weren't many private offices at Rockstar and Laz had one.

From what I can tell, Lester (not Danny) calls Franklin (not Danny) and tells him to kill four jurors. Franklin then drives around the map sniping four jurors, before calling Lester back at the end of the mission to confirm it's done.
