I think the states in the deep South like Mississippi and Louisiana are technically fatter but I assume that's just because they have massive black populations that drink nothing but soda, etc.
But Wisconsin is absolutely one of the fattest and has the fattest culture by far. Beer, brats, polka music and cheese.
