If ant had married jill I dont think he'd be normal but he's probably be less pathetic. Assuming he'd married her or they were together a while he would have ended up the henpecked rich guy giving her what she wants and she would wear the pants. Normally women get turned off by guys like that but Jill really just wanted a man with money to give her the lifestyle she likes so she can show off to her friends and others. On the positive she'd probably have pushed away all the hangers on like Fred From Brooklyn and the others sooner so ant would have been forced to make real friends (Brother Joe would keep his hooks in though because he's ants brother).

That said I don't think he'd still be with her because eventually he would start bitching about her spending all his money on lavish vacations, parties etc because as we know Ant is terrible with his money and wasn't planning on having to shell out that kind of dough year after year.
