I think this dude is confusing a post Caver made with his defense if needed in the future, with an actual legal filing.

when you say “file” it sounds like it was submitted to the court. I don’t believe he did that.

I think he will grant the extension because they are waiting on a decision from another court.

This is what I thought as well.
I think it's getting conflated with Quasi's including some of Fatso's greatest hits in the filing explaining why if he loses anonymity he might be the victim of a violent crime because Pat is an unhinged lardass.
