Why are you so sure he will grant another extension? He only gave them the additional 90 days back in April on the agreement they did their work thoroughly and now Brinton has to explain to Ashley that all the names they got were fake info from a troll. Keep in mind that those 90 days were suppose to be up in July and now this was only delayed due to the hearings in California which Ashley is hoping will allow them to produce a name which it isn't. I think Ashley is going to tell them the jig is up and to refile when they have some real info.

I think he'll get an extension by saying he has names and he's waiting on CA and quasi to confirm them. He doesn't have to say he knows they're fake because technically he doesn't know that because the recordings aren't in evidence and he's never asked Quasi. He can milk patty for more money and hope they get something, and we get another WI.

I was going to be realistic and say that WI will give him an extension and CA will do something like make Quasi give info anonymously but I think Rick and Resto fucked it all up when they named Quasi as one of the Does.

Quasi already gave info anonymously, that one of Pena's arguments, that they're trying to get his personal info to compel him to give them info when he's already given them anything he had. Whether they believe him or not, they can't do shit to prove it. It either gets quashed or it doesn't, and we all know it does because Resto can't even come up with a coherent argument why the quash should be denied.

It's been a while since I read the whole thing, but from what I remember of it Caver was just been making sure his own ass was covered, but may have provided enough to just torpedo piggy-boy's entire fucking case.

If he wasn't such a complete asshole I'd actually feel bad for him. It would kind of suck to have random pictures on the internet photoshopped of you with some dude's cock in your mouth-- and I can't imagine how many times that pic was spammed to him on all of his social media accounts.
