Someone would have to get named. Right now WI is just pat's side begging for more time and they'd have to do it. CA is just Quasi and they have no need to because they've pretty much won anyway. As funny and damning as they'd be they won't make it into court because the lawsuit dies this week.

Almost definitely not. The arguments have been made. In an appeal it might be possible to introduce it to show that Pat wants us "put to death", but I'm not sure.

It's not going to get that far. The WI date is before the next CA date, so Fat and Resto and to go back to judge Ashley again and beg for more time, while they await the CA ruling. It's been over 9 months since the suit was filed and they still have 0 names. Ashley was pissed last time, I imagine someone is going to get a talking to off the record. That being said, he's still going to grant another extension

the trial hasn’t even started yet. And it never will because Rick has not and can not name anyone.

He only gave them the additional 90 days back in April on the agreement they did their work thoroughly and now Brinton has to explain to Ashley that all the names they got were fake info from a troll. Keep in mind that those 90 days were suppose to be up in July and now this was only delayed due to the hearings in California which Ashley is hoping will allow them to produce a name which it isn't. I think Ashley is going to tell them the jig is up and to refile when they have some real info.
