I'm on page one so forgive me if this has already been said, but I imagine Pat will now respond with he isn't in terror if redditors mock his legal claim he is, that won't look to good. Remember, the police were unable to subdue him, he said that.
His lawyers have undoubtedly told him under no circumstances is he allowed to tweet about this case at all, and pat WILL obey his lawyers.

I agree that this will be a uneventful and disappointing(for pests) win for pat. They probably just want to wash their hands of this. Part of me agrees that they should have had a better way of answering the calls to his address after the 10th time but Im also not a cop and have no idea about their procedures.

I have been pretty underwhelmed with how most of pats legal cases concluded and dont see this one being any different. Id like to be wrong, and there is always the chance that pat fucks up his case. Sadly I think pat will end up with a 5 figure settlement. He will pay quasi, buy a new car and take another vacation to some spanish speaking coastal town while gloating on twitter about how he sued the police and now he is sipping umbrella drinks with his trotters in the sand.

Even if he wins six figures he'll still be made fun of every single day and he'll still compulsively respond to every contact. It'll be a hollow victory for him.

Let's say he wins; it's out there that he's willing to lie in court, and he uses his "victimhood" to try to trick dumb people into giving him sympathy points.

I can see a bunch of true crime YT channels picking this up. His reputation in the mainstream will be big, fat, liar with pissed stained yellow teeth.

Hell, he'll possibly be known as a "non-Jewish Jussie Smollett" that just about "got away with it".

Christ almighty, don't ever change you silly fat bastard.

Pretty sure he wrote it himself. Wouldn't a lawyer write "Niki and Patrick" once and "hereafter referred to as Plaintiff 1 and Plaintiff 2" it instead of constantly referring to them by their first names? It reads like a kid wrote it.

We don't know what the police have - they have refused to release stuff to ace reporter Dan Mullen that really should be out there because it's an "ongoing case". The two tapes we have include Pat screaming at cops that are acting calmly and taking a swing at them while screaming.

I'm just saying - don't give Pat a win yet. He was really angry on the 28th which was the day this was filed and has been posting about Milwaukee weather for no reason. He's worried and I'm curious why.

Also I want him to reject a settlement because it's either too small or he won't get to go in a courtroom and give a two-hour speech

He's a full blown retard. It's good to see he's learned absolutely nothing about the court system and filing frivolous lawsuits. Rick doesn't worry..The only thing he is worried about is his Twitter engagement and dumb shit like if the Spring Training Park he's at has a special bratwurst for a special boy .

I hope he gets shitfaced in the boiling hot Arizona sun and shits himself on the ride back to their Motel 6.
