Pat has also stated publicly on hundreds of occasions that any statements made here or by Dan on his 6 hr podcast have had none of the damaging effects necessary to meet a defamation standard, while simultaneously accusing someone of serious crimes and posting their information.

Discovery would be amazing.

Dan wouldn't even need to prove damages to livelihood or reputational harm. Accusing someone of a serious crime qualifies as defamation per se.
