What violence can he actually pin on anyone here? None. Also, if I was Dan I'd actually sue him for this. There is absolutely zero evidence Dan or anyone else here has swatted him and Patrick could never meet any legal standard to defend against defamation.

To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the reputation of the person or entity who is the subject of the statement

Patrick isn't saying this is his opinion, or allegedly this is the case. He states often and regularly that Dan is a cult leader, a violent terrorist and has tried to have him murdered by cop dozens of times. Meanwhile, Dan has... Said Patrick is fat, a failure, a bad father and posted publicly available documents that Patrick is embarrassed by. These are objectively true and Dan's assessment of a public figure.

Pat has also stated publicly on hundreds of occasions that any statements made here or by Dan on his 6 hr podcast have had none of the damaging effects necessary to meet a defamation standard, while simultaneously accusing someone of serious crimes and posting their information.

Discovery would be amazing.
