To be fair, like I said before Sam didn’t get shit from sucking up. Even the Opster turned on him hearing a whiff that he was talking shit, and the Opster certainly didn’t help or suggest Sam take his seat on O&J. Maybe he got his solo show? Or to host the pre and post shows? But thats about it.

One thing I do think of with the whole Danny firing thing…Wether Danny wants to admit it or not he sucked up to Ant. He had the closest relationship to him of anyone on the show, even if they weren’t tongue kissing each other. We all know how hard Ant would fall over himself to defend Danny for EVERYTHING on air. And what happened when Danny was fired? Did Ant stick up for him? Go to the bosses? Try to save him job? Of course not. Just a “Hahaha yeaaaaah that sucks man what are you gonna do.” Anybody who wants to say Anthony didn’t have this power is denying the constant “WE FOUGHT FOR SO MANY FAWWKIN PEOPLE AROUND HERE!” shpiel thrown out on the show which, for the most part, was the truth. And most of the shit O&A saved these guys jobs over was a legitimate firing offense…not bringing a pornstar to a 1D concert. If Danny was fired for ridiculous reasons as literally everyone, including me, claims, theres no reason one half of the fucking show that employed him couldn’t save his ass.

And Daniel if you’re reading this…don’t freak out. This is an attack on Cumia and not you. That a guy who was both your friend and your boss, a man who constantly critiqued Opie for not saving peoples jobs…didn’t have the BALLS or the status to save yours. It’s actually sad.
