- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

If you search Paul Genesse on Facebook, he has a treasure trove non-stealthy geek photos of Pat. I think this might have even been pre-Lappening, since he started trying to be an author while married to Adrienne.
The thing that you can see is that Pat was always a bigger guy, even though his older pictures don't show it due to his meek appearance. There's a picture from just one year after these that shows his post-divorce/separation Frat Pat transformation.

I've never a person shape shift the way Pat does, without undergoing a massive body transformation like gastric bypass, or going from being a junkie to a fitness fanatic.

Skinny fat for 30 years of his life, doing no manual labor for work nor any sports or social activities that require a degree of fitness.
After the Lappening/Divorce he went to the gym and started doing *something* he toned up a little as anyone would doing physical exertion after 30 years of rest.
I can only imagine he carried on this basic bitch routine until today. He has no program he works to further his goals etc.
He then become lazier, less T with age and more of an alcoholic so what little gains he did have easily slid away, then further the other way.

I don't even think he made some real effort to do it. he probably just got to the point in his 20s where he started to fill out and dropped the glasses and put on a backwards cap. His progression was basically from skinny dork in his teens, to skinny fat to just plain fat. there was no point where he was actually fit, any pics like the gay cocktail picture just seem that way because it caught him at a non weird lumpy angle. Notice all the 'handsome' pics he's turned twoards the camera so his gut is hidden
