Parents, please don't ever do this to your kids.

It's one thing to ensure healthy and varied diet and not just give them what they want and another to force a kid eat a specific vegetable. Once the child gags on that broccoli, it's over, and there's a good chance they will never voluntarily eat broccoli again, even as adults.

Or, in my son's case, he found it's "not that bad" and he eats it now. "Just the tree, not the trunk."
