Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I can't stand the fucker but he's simultaneously managed to piss of half this place while winning over the other half. He's had every aspect of his life exposed, withstood hiding on KF for months, come back on his gay little gimmick account, saw multiple people who hated him leave/meltdown/convert to his side.
The HH Brother account is genius. He can demand attention and simumtatiously hide behind irony. It's fucking perfect for someone as insecure as Dan. I can't even hate him for it. I have to respect him for it really. Not matter how much people bash him, he can just post some ironic HH pic/gif with "brother" at the end and he wins.
It'll all end in tears eventually and I'm here for that as much as Patrick's murder/suicide of him and Niki at this point but for now you gotta give this Down's Syndrome looking fuck some credit. He's trolled the fuck out of this place the last month or so.

You give Dan credit for what others are doing. His idea of getting back into the boards “good graces” was show up at hooligans and embarrass himself. That’s the extent of his abilities.
I mean this unironically - all any brotherman has to do to win me over is show up at Hooli’s and embarrass their self.
