She looks like a snapping turtle with bangs
The sharp & thin upper lip looks villainous.

Jeez, a "man of fashion" for sure considering how little help you gave her
Nosejob, add color to her life, and a lobotomy. No need to insult her intelligence by suggesting earrings and skirts you fucking homo
Feed this prompt into an AI generator so I can jerk off to it laterErrrm well, I'm not a fashion queen exactly, but to give it a stab:
I'd begin with hair layers & VOLUME, not just in the fringe that's too far to one side. In fact, I'd get rid of the fringe altogether, her forehead's too small for it--if this were the 2000s or the 1960s, I'd say she ought to backcomb and pin it into a pouf (it's pinned back at the start and looks better). What she really would benefit from though is width around the chin area, which could be accomplished with a lob (long bob), layers at the cheekbones & jaw, or if she doesn't want to cut her hair a chic low chignon.
Her hair actually looks healthy and in nice condition, albeit a tad limp, and the natural colour isn't too bad--an ombre or honey/strawberry highlights might perk up the visual. Alternatively, she could go bold and peroxide or pixie cut the lot, which in the eyes of some may look dykey, however it could really refresh her look and make her seem punk or at least with the times.
Her brows aren't too much of an issue either. Thinning them a bit closer to the nose couldn't hurt, though. One imagines her thinking was that thicker black brows would balance her face and distract from the nose, but it's not happening, my love, now there's just two competing features.
Couldn't see much of her body, from what I can tell she's rather narrow and straight, but with soft shoulders. So creating more dynamic angles in outfits could create optical interest. By this I mean make shapes and add width or lines. Could do that with say a big chunky belt or buckle, flared skirt or shorts, a t-shirt that's knotted or with puff/box sleeves, peplum, flares, an empire line, a jacket with some structure and shoulders to it, a square or detailed neckline, buttons & zips even. It's hard to tell from what she's wearing in this video where her waist and bust lines are meant to sit or ideally cut off, so I can't say more.
Tbh I think the biggest problem is not her figure or her face, but rather the lack of colour & dynamics in her face & attire. Everything about her is a sludgy, depressing shade of black, brown or grey, and she goes straight up and down with nothing standing out but her nose. If she merely added coloured contacts (blue or green would be nice), blusher or lipstick in a berry or peach-apricot, sparkly earrings/a statement necklace/hair clip or band, or a pashmina or a non-neutral top in an autumnal hue (violet, peacock or saffron/marigold would do), instantly the viewers' eye wouldn't feel so despondent and fatigued. Just two of the aforementioned changes the game, and wouldn't look like overkill--not all women like or feel comfy in makeup & jewellery, and that's fine. Just give us something to make our optical nerve light up. Even nothing else but a bright funky 80s style rolled tee and a flower tucked behind her ear would work a treat.
