However, after only the first police response, the MPD did confirm that Pat was not responsible in any way for that or any future calls. As such, he cannot possibly be the person calling in welfare checks that Pat is branding as "SWATTs" in coincidence with his lawsuit against the MPD for said police responses.

She is worried that the trail of evidence leads back to her. She also inexplicably cozied up to the crime victim and involved herself in the investigation -- this is behavior frequently done by criminals. Tons of murder investigations have flagged suspects because they approached police and asked questions about the investigation. People get nervous about what could lead back to them, they want to know what is going on, so they involve themselves in it.

Counterpoint: she's retarded and there's no way she'd keep getting away with it. She didn't even know how to access tor using the brave browser (it's as easy as opening a private tab in any browser, in case you've never used it). Counter-counterpoint: you're probably right and the FBI is just too lazy to do anything about her.
