I'm honestly surprised he wasn't a drama club fag. Probably because he's too ugly. Everything else about him would fit. The attention-seeking, the narcissism and diva-like behaviour, the taste for penis. He was probably just one of those dorks who didn't even have academic success to fall back on. A loser with nothing going for them.

As much as I'd like to believe that Pat got his shit pushed in every day at school, he just doesn't seem like the type.
He's not smart enough to be a nerd; he says he's a "geek" but doesn't know anything about geek hobbies except the most basic bitch facts.
It doesn't seem like he's ever been teased because if he had, he would have learned that you never play into it by autistically denying the insults and spazzing out.
Too fat to stuff in a locker, etc.
He was probably just some quiet kid who was shielded by his guidance counselor mommy and consequently never developed any real personality of his own, remaining invisible to everyone else.
