Opie could get some big time views if he fearlessly played The Destroyer irl now. Is there anyone else in radio or entertainment who was audacious enough to stomp on the cake? Throw the poker chips? Rip up the book? Tell old bitch radio jocks to their faces that they SUCK and they need to retire.

There is no un-cucked white male american figure in entertainment... Opie has a chance, but he pussy foots around too much with his opinions and doesn't go all in like back in the days. His turning against Trump was likely out of fear, and it sucked.

But unlike Auntie, Opie has a family to embarrass. Auntie in his 60's COULD do some bold shit. But the toughest he gets is smack talking blacks unfunnily from a safe distance. Opie tapped out on the Shock thing quite a while ago. When he put Baby Noises on the pay no mind list.

Honestly why wouldn’t they offer Opie 30k to spin records. That is a fucking steal. For a guy who was assumably making 7 figures a decade ago ? Hiring him for minimum wage? It’s only profit no matter who Opie brings to the show. He could never reinvent O&A, obviously. He tried with the Opie show and it’s been 5 years since then with Carl and Vic gone. His only hope at a Radio show would be pulling a Scott Shannon and spinning records. And it wouldn’t be that embarrassing. It’s what he did before talk radio and it’s better than doing a political talk show from a basement.

I think at their height, Opie & And Anthony were making 50k to 60k a week. Lol. Nice career moves, stupid.
