That’s what I’ve thought since all his crazy claims of swatting, harassment, police impersonation, etc are mysteriously not included in his lol suit. The SFWA said they don’t give a shit about him but have had to deal with bad fake reviews for years because their authors are associated with convicted pedos. That’s why they have a “legal fund” because of those pesky crimes involving child abuse make them look bad. Since they’re in science fiction they want to believe in a future where adult attraction towards minors is accepted and encouraged. They don’t care about Piggy being called a fat idiot but it’s to call attention to “review bombing” even though it was done recently to Ben Shapiro and he’s not suing the Internet. Review bombing was also done to restaurants owned by Trump supporters / donators but that’s ok according to these idiots. Suing over the free speech is a losing battle to anyone with an IQ above 70, even the CA judge pointed this out but idiots like Pat think they can sue over anything they don’t like.

Does anyone remember what the CA judge said about getting angry over bad reviews? Something like he doesn’t like it but that doesn’t make it illegal? Since then you would be trying to fight freedom of speech? It was pretty good and really should have been the end of this farce of a lawsuit. Judge Ashley is too confused to even know what Resto babbles about and was distracted by thoughts of retirement.

If you ever need more of an explanation why he is pissing away tens of thousands on a meaningless lawsuit. Win or lose, piggy will make an appearance in an online article or two telling the story of the man who stood up to a forum, and that's all every penny he's spent "combating" us actually is, an investment in future attention.
