I'm actually curious - even if Pat didn't do the "pay to swat and then not pay the bill" thing, the fact that Torswats mentioned him directly multiple times is weird. Did Jackie or him have direct contact? Because even that is very, very bad. I wouldn't put it past him to have paid (with help) though.
