the number varies depending on whether you beieve the IMF, World Bank or the UN figures but it's not far off. I don't think he understands that white people can use it too and you need to be a citizen, which means that all the ones he hates can't use it. Or that most of these 180 odd countries are tiny principalities with no income whatsoever. Or that spending money on your citizens wellbeing is a good thing.
