I'm commenting on this for the second time in this post because you're right, there's something about this image that makes it funnier the longer I stare at it. It's just bursting with autism, almost as if the image itself is corrupted, like his self identity.

How is this not the meme reply the Imposter Children are handing out to civilians on Twitter? The link to KF is nice and all, but this captures everything in one single shot. Give the ol' peepers a quick peek at this puppy right here and you instantly know something is wrong, and in the few seconds it takes your brain to recognize the pattern and understand the context, you already have determined you're dealing with at least an insane person and at worst a homicidal maniac.

He looks like an actual intellectually disabled retard in all of those pictures but the one that stands out to me is the 4th picture of Pat. He has the eyes and smile of a murderous gay pedophile.
