- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Right but again, this isn't me arguing he was a master manipulator, brilliant content generator, just that the rest of the staff knew he would go back after them if they attempted to dunk on them and he'd usually always come out on top of them.
How many of them still work in raqio? And why is he still on top. They were passive, he was aggressive. That's the point. Nagel and Carlesi took it, Sam gave back. Whether you thought he gave back was shit isn't really the point, he would come back and the more oafish members of the staff wouldn't.
None of them went after Danny, either, and for the same reason. That doesn't mean his histrionic temper tantrums made him better, just that the tantrums and tattling in and of themselves effectively made him off limits.
