I googled it, round-trip flight from Lagos to Glasgow is ~$1000. Bunch of hotels in Glasgow around $100-$150/night.
But such a trip would be insulting (and quite frankly racist) for royalty like Oghenechovwe. He demands you pay for a flight on Qatar Airways, a penthouse suite, and of course the finest dining Scotland has to offer. He's a fancy man who is used to fancy things so please give him $3000 to spend a weekend being fancy.
