Is there some clause where only board members are permitted access to their financials? Members should find a way to have an independent forensic audit performed if they're being blocked from accessing that information. Apparently the 'accessability accommodations' the SFWA turned down was to help a disabled employee of theirs. Which I'm guessing is the legal trouble they may have run into with the American Disabilities Act. Smart move on the former SWFA president Jeffe Kennedy's part!

If they are willing to piss away all that money on Pat's lawsuit, there's definitely other financial mismanagement going on. I have zero doubt that Cat Rambo, Mary 3 names, and Jeffe Kennedy used the SFWA funds as their own personal expenses.

The fucking hypocrisy of being an organization for writers but suing to silence others free speech came from being so far to the left they feel that people on the right don’t deserve to have free speech. They are a bunch of entitled college kids but with (had) the money to hire lawyers.
