This is my least favorite time of the Rick Calendar. In election runups he barely engages patposters and his content is just so mind-numbingly boring. If you want to sit there and pick apart his political takes, have at it, but it's just a humorless slog I can't be bothered with.

Even if Trump wins, I expect Rick to be unfunny for at least a month after. Sure we can all revel in his manic rage and furious oinking, but unless he gets into a back and forth with someone famous or goes viral for the wrong reason, again, it doesn't strike me as particularly funny.

Now, if the MPD suit is dismissed during all this and the swattings conveniently start again then we'll have some real fireworks. Otherwise, thank god for Ooga and Jackie dragging us through October this year.

I'm still pissed I didn't take the furlough at work because my parents scared me into thinking furlough=laid off when it ends. I would have gotten an extra couple hunnid a week to do whatever I wanted for like 9 months. Meanwhile I'm still working and getting fewer hours with no options for a second job. THANKS, BOOMERS!
