Everything Rick has done is with the sole purpose of trying to shut down what iteration of this site is existing at the time. Every time something fails, he’s escalated it. Now that almost everything else has failed he’s got no choice to force something physical. Rick wants to escalate it to the point where he wants to shoot someone for calling him a fat faggot. 1. He’s an actual tough guy.

What sucks is that even if this turd makes it to trial, 90% of the evidence (bodycams, depositions, police logs etc) is probably never going to come out. The lawyers cherrypick all that shit ahead of time, they decide exactly what the jury/public gets to see and what they don't. Sure the jury could write a private note to the judge saying "hey, we really can't decide just how big of a liar this fat fuck is, could we maybe get some additional context on exhibits x y and z?" and more than likely JPS would just come back and say no, there's no good reason to allow in any new stuff, you gotta work with what you've got.
