Again, his entire logic ISN’T “The MPD should stop responding to calls”, it’s that “The MPD should only respond to calls after calling me and checking to see if its real”…yet the SWATters are imitating his voice and spoofing his number. And they don’t have the resources to do that anyway.

I think you’re right. He thinks that he should be treated differently, like the police department will be able to quickly pull up the notes on him and his wife specifically and say “oh, we can just let this one go. It’s another fake swatting for that fat guy on Oakland ave. Ignore”

Either that or his argument will be something generic like they need to put in processes to manage swatting calls. Something that’s hard to argue but too vague to be actionable.

I’m not sure that it matters to him - he’ll just say it’s their fault no matter what.

He has the memory span of a low performing goldfish. I think it’s entirely possible he has no recollection of filing a lawsuit 2 days ago, which is why he is myopically focused on making a snappy sassy clap back threat against cops on social media.

He is either incapable of connecting the two events together or he doesn’t remember that it happened. Either way, the police union is going to buttfuck him HARD.

Pat's lawyers? Lolno. They're clearly asleep at the wheel anyway if their opening move is to more or less sign off on pat's newest pro se motion. Officer N-Person (censoring out of respect for the blacks in blue ) and his lawyers should definitely be made aware of Patrick's history of lying, fabricating/altering evidence, and his violent and vindictive nature. I'm sure Officer N had the latter two in mind when he kept returning to the hovel, but it never hurts to remind someone. It also doesn't hurt to remind them that he has a significant monetary incentive for this lawsuit given his status as a fat failure and judgement debtor.
