My old landlord had one of those assholes on a VA voucher move in. They had to inspect the place first and gave him a hard time about everything. Dude switched out my toilet tank lid with that unit's cracked one. He lasted maybe 2 months before he abandoned the place. He always had a beer in his hand whether he was coming or going.
