I read what FranksWirecutters said again and if i had to guess, his guy saw the news crew arrive at the semi-hovel, that's a big thing, and Niggi arrived in her dads car or something and her dad went in with her and left with her afterward, and this dude was outside and probably on piggers cameras. He said it wasn't a big reveal so I might be low-balling the news though.

I don’t have any information on this specific aspect but this is the same guy who refused all visitation/custody arrangements with his only child and chose to sign away his parental rights instead, all because he didn’t get his way. See also refusing to choose a new (not decade-old) photo for his avatar after the DMCA filings. I can’t see Pat “My way AND the highway” Tomlinson yielding an inch of ground. Not at his size, anyway.

Also if I were Niki I’d want to be anywhere but an old house with only window AC to see through the summer. She’s got family in the city, I believe, whereas Pat’s parents live in pasture pet murder country.

She's the one who arranges the contractors for repairs, etc. so she probably has an idea of how much work needs to happen before they can break-even on it.

My guess is she'll give him the house if he absolves her from the debt, which Pat would probably accept because 1. he believes the house is the most valuable thing they own and 2. he thinks he'll eventually get rid of the debt anyway.

Hopefully she's smart enough to get that called out in the divorce papers but she's an idiot too so who knows.
