Nah, there's no alt here, lad. Short of my, let's say less-than-favored opinion of the Brits, I'm not racist. I've met all walks of life, both good and bad, and I know it's not a simple umbrella people sit under. I judge case by case, hence why I speak calmly but defend certain parties sometimes.

But as for the last part I wrote there? I'd love to do it, and Gosia is curious about America. There'd be no hate in that final post - I know we all torch those that draw attention to ourselves for a last hurrah, but you've all brought me so much entertainment that I'd want to give each of you some final words and a confirmation.

I doubt it'll ever happen, though, because as long as I am actively touring and recording, I really can't do it. Plus I don't see Pat ever conceding.

I'm sure it's been said 1,000 times at this point, but I'm really floored by Pat's level of delusion evident in that document. I've been assuming that he's just retardedly obstinate and that all of his twitter oinking is just #DLTIW-induced bluster, but he really seems to have lost his grip on reality.

I wonder if the alcoholism is starting to get to him and he has the beginning of dementia or something. Confabulation is a sympton of alcoholic Korsakoff syndrome, where someone starts to believe that their own false memories of the past are real. Pat might have denied reality so hard that he can't find his way back.

That said, I adore the document and I really appreciate the loving god that guided the circumstances of its conception all for our enjoyment.

My guess? Along with the press tour, Pat has behind the scenes been trying to cook up something, like trying to get the interest of some big name lefty lawyer to do pro-bono work for him, or government officials or something.

Then when nothing had come through and things were getting close to the wire, Pat sent out that 27 page screed mostly as an attempt to filibuster, throwing in so many random things in hope that something would stick with the Judge and he'd be granted his request of an unreasonable 2 month (minimum!) delay.

Combine all of this with Pat being a loser who procrastinates and leaves shit way too late, and you have what we have.

16 Dick about the law but maybe someone who knows better can correct or corraborate me. Typos are a huge deal in legal documents. Filing pro se isn’t an excuse and is just another thing that’ll piss off a judge. He pulls two aggredious examples, mistyping the name of a case he’s citing and confusing the terms platiff and defendant. If i’m correct, any case he cited which was typed wrong is irrelevant and can’t be considered. Yes Sosnay could infer he’s talking about the case he spelled correctly the last 3 times but i dont think thats how that works. He would need to basically resumbit the document with the correct spelling. But if it’s not germaine to his overall argument, the confusing of plantiff and defendant definitely is. You then have to ask yourself who the fuck he’s even talking about and where. Was the one line a typo? Or was that the correct line? Back to refiling the entire argument after you correct it.
