We’ve long believed he’s an autistic from how he behaves. Look at how he freaks out just over his name, he can’t even handle being called Pat and you know he gets upset if you forget the S initial. His obsession with responding to EVERYTHING (no matter how ridiculous) also shows this.

His zero concept of money also raises another flag as this is a trait of autism. From bragging about making money (well over 6 figures, child) to proudly revealing he spent 5 grand on a TWITTER account. He even doesn’t see any issue with spending 100k of someone else’s money on a suit his own lawyers told him was silly. He’s been spending others money because he can’t handle it. He can’t believe someone has money to fight back on his suit because his lawyers told him that. We’ve seen he doesn’t have a bank account as any public online donations come from Niki’s name.

Except none of that is true in the least, atalker. Quasi is not owed a dime. The judge has discretion, and has ruled against paying Quasi, twice now. That's just a fact, child.

There's so many things wrong with this section that I now have full confidence he's going to lose and have to pay Quasi back.

1. The "judge" hasn't touched this case yet. At all. The judge pro tem has been presiding over it so far.
2. The judge pro tem has not "ruled" anything yet. Not once, and certainly not twice. Why? Because he literally can't. He can only make recommendations that the actual judge is not bound to in any way.
3. Judges do not rule anything "twice", not ever, unless a case is refiled. Once a judge "rules", the case is over. You'd have to appeal or refile or whatever in order to extract a second "ruling" from a judge.
4. Pat having to re-pay Quasi is mandatory. The only "discretion" the judge has is whether or not Quasi fits the criteria (see below) laid out by the specific law mentioned.

I was legitimately shocked that what I was hearing was real. It was like a brothaman was writing his lines.

And just like everything he touches, Pat only provided even more evidence that he cheated. His “injury” excuse used to be a pothole, now it’s a curb. He can’t produce the friend he said he ran with, and said friend is not in any of the raceday photos. Also, he didn’t have an answer for the missed timing mats and missed photos along the course except “that’s not how this works”.

Who would know better? A marathoner with well over 500 completed races under my belt (around 200 of them full marathons)? Or a fat man from Milwaukee who has trained for and completed zero to three races, lifetime?

Seems like this comes from the "proper protocol" hearing, judge said he'll recommend quashing if they don't give him anything concrete (part that Pat doesn't bring up), but not sanctions. On which Ruben corrected him in writing.
Maybe Resto's really pulling his trotter about the risks, but it's not like Pat would be receptive to criticism anyways. But goes to show, ya get what you pay for.
