The IQ of the average cfb player is decreasing at an accelerating rate year to year. It's not because the systems are more complicated, we're talking about not knowing the basic rules. With commercials and penalties driving the average game length to almost 4 hours, poor play and just general retardation from the players is making for a hard viewing experience. I find myself muttering "Why? Why the fuck would you do that?" almost every other snap.
