Interfering with my every day real-life has become a game of sorts for them, supposedly it was brought upon by a comment I made some years back. “You have no effect on my life”.... meaning that an internet forum that shit-talks people...especially people with any amount of notoriety, has the absolute right to do so, but in reality..does nothing to affect my bottom line $ or my real world reputation.
I support 1A, I defended that right, amongst others. by serving in the Army for 3yrs. (another fact that this particular subreddit seems to love mocking) People have the right to say what they want. When it became a “challenge” for the sub to get my attention, they took it to the next level. That’s where the line between 1A right and libelous accusations that damage ones reputation, employability and the right to live a life undeterred by malicious internet trolls was crossed. All for the sake of getting someone’s attention and having “fun” hurting a “boomer”.
My Reddit post karma alone is clear evidence of brigading. The downvoting that this comment alone will incur by the brigading, bee hive mentality of the O&A related sub shows that there’s collusion amongst the members of this subreddit and its moderators to do real life damage to certain people they see as “less than human”. Phone calls to my business and texts to my business number calling for my untimely death, taunting, horrific allegations...All of that means ZERO to me. Commentary about me and my brother written and posted on the sub, means nothing to anyone but the sub.
When my family became the focus of the Opie and Anthony leftover psychopaths, it Became a problem that needed to be dealt with.
I liken what I’ve been FORCED to do (DMCA’s) with something that I was always intrigued with:

Day 1 of an old school no-sugars, no-carbs, only healthy fats diet. 6 small healthy meals/snacks day and a lean and green (6oz meat and salad) at night. Not drinking much alcohol at all, so to quit altogether is no big deal. Back to Sashimi, and NO FOOD AT ALL AFTER 8pm.

No, yes, and I expected him to just do "Live at the Compound" style shows from then on out, but to not burn every single bridge and friendship he had. Podcasting/YouTubers were more or less already the established form of "content creation" by 2014, I thought it'd be a cheaper version but otherwise same quality of show he did on O&A, and friends and guests would stop by and, at least for me, nothing would change.

I had neglected to consider "Live from The Compound" wasn't actually an O&A style show at all, and was actually him drunkenly squealing race shit in his basement alone. So I did get "New and Improved Live from the Compound" after all.

The moment I heard, I knew he was so fired.

This is something paranormal that all O&A live listeners had experienced... I immediately pictured "love ya miss ya" text on Anthony's eyes over a sunset, and sure enough when I rushed to the subreddit someone had literally made the exact photoshop I had imagined. Even with the same photo of Anthony.

That's one of the mystical things about O&A. It was a snowball effect, where the aimless stupidity would trample everything, and unintentionally revealing hidden gems along the way. Unheard of events unfolded before them, and in fact I don't think either of them are aware of the influence they had.

The difference between O&A and any other show was when something more gooder happened, they dropped their whole agenda and went with it. It always seemed they were the best at paying attention to what was happening, and not just trying to autopilot, or brute force their bit idea through. How many times did they play the silent game, dead air, or let 2 callers argue for 20 minutes without intervening. No other show did that. This willingness to allow your show to just become a platform for retardation seemed like they could say/do anything and be untouchable.

I didn't hear O&A until they came to NYC, but listening back to the Menino prank in Boston, I got that guttural sinking feeling, where a thousand different scenarios are rushing through your head. I had the same knowing feeling during Teen Voyeur bus, with Sex For Sam 3, and Anthony's NYC street brawl 2014. Somehow you knew they were not going to be back on the air joking about how "that was a close one."
