I’d kill for seven hours a night. We lock our bedroom door at night and the kids know if they wake up before 6:30 they have to entertain themselves quietly until then. I know we sound like assholes (and we are), but so far it’s worked.

For a large percent of the middle-aged population it’s weight-related.

There are people where it is just a problem with their anatomy and they can be very skinny, some people have issues with the muscle tone in that part of their throat, it can be nerve-related, etc.

There is a huge correlation between age and prevalence of sleep apnea too.

But if a fat person claims any of that, they’re just in denial.
