He constantly goes on these Joe Cumia level "you won't believe what happened to be me" diatribes on twitter with these made up stories that get absolutely NO traction, and he then he starts desperately tagging everyone he knows hours later to & get something going.

It's hilarious theater of someone trying to become relevant. You're 100% correct :He uses his sock puppet accounts to try and drive engagement, and he'll respond to ANYTHING.
