Neither of them are responsible enough to care for a dog. It will piss and shit all over the place and Jim’s wife with a penis will refuse to clean it. Just the whole process of leaving the building to take it out so it can shit / piss will be too much for the worm and the man in a dress.

I have to agree. They'll do a few "silly" videos featuring Nikki nagging Jimmy to clean up the mess, and Norton pretending to be all flustered and annoyed and doing his " henpecked husband" shtick. But the poor dog will end up being a neurotic basket case. I wouldn't trust those two to raise a houseplant, let alone a dog.
