It's all narcissistic self-deprecation. The only one who gets to insult me is me, and always with a self-compliment neatly placed in there. His latest one is saying that him and Niki aren't very good at tennis... but they're gonna be the best trash talkers in all of Milwaukee!

Yeah I don't know or care about "Jewish admaxing" but she's a former school psychologist with a very distant relationship to Patrick. He never visits or mentions his parents unless he's trying to get victim points by saying they were swatted.

So he took his "talents" to the Milwaukee/Madison open mic scene, which is not the most competitive place, but got swallowed up. People started uninviting him to shows (that he'd find out were still happening on twitter), and there's one "Roast of Milwaukee" video where you can hear the contempt the other comics have for him. As some perpetually online angryboy which no punchlines.

He'd also submit horribly wordy political jokes to r/standupshots and then fight with other comics who said he wasn't funny.

I wouldn't worry about that first question. Basically all the John Does found out when the lolsuit was dropped. There also wasn't 60 John Does because some people were doubled and tripled up... I think Dan is like 3 of them for instance.

The problem was it really wasn't a comprehensive, detailed list of his top harassers with evidence. Most of it boiled down to a few days when In the Black released and people were leaving bad reviews and/or discussing the bad reviews being left.

For most of the posters sued, the crux of the argument boiled down to him arguing the following: my new novel is amazing by every possible standard, therefore anyone leaving a bad review is committing defamation because they know it's fantastic but are deliberately saying it's bad to hurt me. His books are so good that anyone calling them bad must be lying, now give me $50,000 apiece.
