I would have said Derek is hard to beat in terms of how fucking gay it was, but the main character basically lending the junkie the money he uses to suicide by OD was pretty rough. It shows the mentality of faggots like Ricky. If he hadn't made it to where he can arrogantly lecture his betters, he'd have killed himself like a total pussy. He's still a miserable cunt despite his success, though that's not uncommon for comics.
