It makes me so happy to know that he won’t be able to weasel out of paying that $24K by declaring himself bankrupt.

We have the receipts of all your frivolous spending over the past 12 months, pig. You ARE going to pay that money back, oinker, whether you want to or not.

not to take the wind out of your yambags too soon, but 341 hearings are typically pretty boring and predictable. Barring some objection to a claim against him he'll probably just sit there looking not slim while his attorney provides the information to whoever is running the hearing (not necessarily a judge). it's not like they make them read out line by line their assets and values, unless he was saying he disputed a debt or amount, it probably wouldn't come up.
Well perhaps one of the creditors should dispute the amounts of everything and thus cause it to be discussed.

A handful of Fathead's tweets about "earning six figures" would be helpful in that case. Make him admit that he lied.
This is all I could find. He deleted most of them.

He's counting Macmillan because they own Tor.

So if Random House buys Uncle Paul's Fictional Fetal Fantasy Publishing Company and Fatso signs a deal with his friend's little imprint, that's getting a deal with the Big 5 - its simple math!

Loooool I will bet you my life savings that Patrick has never made 6 figures in one year. Btw, do we know when or why he deleted those? Seems odd. He should be proud of his totally real 6 figure income.

Couple more from a search for "six-figures" on his Twitter that I CBF'd screen-capturing:

https://archive.ph/k8j4B#selection-5921.104-5921.202

Apparently he got a six-figured book deal for masturbating.

It takes him weeks/months to deposit a check.

Six-figures of deals.

Professional writer backed up with autocorrect can't spell "oppose".

Also, he's too stupid to run his income through a company.

And, if you're wondering whether he got that deal on talent, or if it was a fluke: "One Direction Fan Fiction Writer Gets Six-Figure Book Deal".

(I wonder if that's where Plonald Plumpf or whatever came from - Pat trying to be topical like the One Direction guy to pick up some sales, but without any connection to pop culture? Pat, have a cool boy-band in your next novel called "Wand Erection" - the kids will love it!)

LOOOOOOOL. Alright, where's the Tomlinson Technicality on these? Does he count the two zeroes after the decimal point as figures? I suppose a $5,000.00 advance to write shitty sci-fi that he will owe back if he doesn't earn out is technically 6 figures.

Technicality Tomlinson wins again.

He had a Tweet about earning a $30k advance which we think was for three books (and which he deleted, suggesting it was a real number). I'm he's mentioned getting $8500 per book in advance from Tor, round that up for three books and you get $30k, add in the two decimal places as you suggest and hey, presto - six figures!

I actually don't think a writer would have to pay back the advance if they don't earn out, he would just not collect royalties until he earns out.

Either way, the fact that he currently has no writing contract is an indication he didn't earn out on his most recent book deal, which was like $8k. He probably earns no more than $10k/year from his books. He doesn't even pay taxes off his income from writing, which is why he falsely thinks that someone who earns six figures pays 40% in taxes.
