Anyone know under what circumstances Quasi can hire a bounty hunter to chase Pat around?

I know they're banned in Milwaukee, and only certain states let them handle civil matters (rather than just criminal/bail bond issues), but it would sure be nice if Quasi could hire some four foot nothing mall ninja to haul Pat off to California the next time he sets trotter in a sci fi convention.

The idea of Pat having to do frantic googling before he leaves town to determine if he's going to find himself zip-tied with a bag over his head in the back of a pickup headed west strikes me as funny.

Is a California civil bench warrant for contempt of court enough?

The best way to figure that out would probably be to call one up in CA and see if they’d do it

I like how you've already done the research to see if bounty hunters are legal in Milwaukee

it doesn’t compound though, right?

i think it’s 10% of the principle every year, rather than compounding. Either way he’s fucked.
It is simple interest, like a Treasury bond. $2,374 gets added to Pat's debt every year. I think Quasi does have the option to renew the judgment every 5 years, which basically resets the principal to the original principal plus accrued interest. So the effect is the same as compounding every 5 years.

Then he’s totally fucked, that will balloon very, very quickly.

Starting to think his ever increasing weight and obviously declining health are all part of Genius Pat’s 4D chess long con.

Can’t pay Quaso if I’m already prematurely dead, stlakers. 🐷

Pat wins again, childs.
Except him dying would probably just make it easier for Quasi to get his money and divy up his possessions

Nikki could become a "sex worker" -a perfectly valid profession in the eyes of Fatrick- to pay Quasi

2,500 $10 blowjobs would do

Hey Pat, is quasi still poorer than you? Does he live in his mom's basement? Do you still think that the only way he could pull together $17k is by being bankrolled by the alt right or organized crime?

Sad. And fat.
