It's odd that world famous hot sauce salesman Patrick Tomlinson would have such an issue with lowering the very expensive bar of small business food distribution.. we are talking $3000 just in paperwork and required courses and that's not even including the commercial kitchen regulations, equipment, insurance.. probably around $15-20k before you even sell one bottle to a business and it's illegal otherwise.
