Blocking really makes no sense, esp. if someone can just log out and see your (public) tweets. Blocking should work like "mute" (I don't want to see that person) and block DMs (I don't want that person to directly interact with me). Which, while stupidly easy to circumvent, makes a little more sense than the current implementation.
