This is the behavior of a poor innocent victim who just wants to be left alone btw.

Shane is an uncultured, ignorant fucking swine. It stands to reason that he would be a Fat Backer

"Also, why do I see so many 'The pop culture references broke immersian [sic].

Like we still don't see [grammatically incorrect phrasing] references to books like The Iliad 2500 years later".

Shane, you ignorant slut. First of all, I highly doubt that you or Pat could tell us the differences between The Iliad and The Odyssey. I know that neither of you have read either one. So please only use things you know as a measuring stick - y'know, properties whose titles typically begin with "Disney's".

Secondly, you missed the fucking point. You would have been on-point if The Iliad (which neither Pat or you have ever read) was laced with references to the theater of its time, or other contemporary customs. You would have made a valid point then, and your argument would have carried some weight - granted, not Pat-levels of weight, as he's egregiously overweight, but weight nonetheless.

But alas, you misunderstood what was being said, bungled your point, and made yourself look as vapid as your average kid-touching member of the SFWA.

The Iliad (again, which neither you nor Pat have read) contains zero pop culture references to it's time - thus, it's forever timeless. You see, there's a difference between art and pop art. Pop art is of it's time, and therefore disposable. Pat's shit is that. It takes place however long in the future, yet they're STILL obsessed with 80s culture, and wearing 80s hair metal band shirts? Fucking cringe. Pat only did that because 80s nostalgia was at an all time high at that point, largely due to things like Stranger Things. It comes across as forced and hacky, and yes - it breaks immersion. Or, as you put it, Shane, immersian.

Fatly, now. Fatly is the key. Not a single pound.

It always impresses me how some Brothamen verbally dismantle Fatrick and his cronies so effectively.

Bravo, dear Sir, bravo.

Could you imagine Mark Twain or Hemingway replying to critics like this?
Fatty couldn't afford the telegraph bill. Wait for the dot dot dash, etc.

Poor idiots should be doing peasant work, not loafing and expressing retarded opinions all day. This is what communism really looks like. Fat entitled idiots stealing from society and being faggots about it to boot.

It’s insane to see any “author” behave this way and not just once but for YEARS. He cries about fake reviews to the point of a lol suit yet many 5 star reviews for In “The Black” mention they gave it 5 stars without reading it. Can’t have it both ways, piggy. If anyone saw this without knowing Pat they would think he is a crazy person that should be avoided.
